Ludlow Carnival Saturday 15th June 2024

The Royal Welsh Show
22 to 25 July 2023 The pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar takes place each July in Builth Wells. The pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar, the Royal Welsh Show. Along with four-days of livestock and equine competitions, , the show has something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food and drink and a 12-hour programme each day of exciting entertainment, attractions and displays. Presteigne Festival
22 to 26 August 2024. For classical music lover,s the Presteigne Festival takes place each August, with five music-filled days spanning the Bank Holiday weekend. 21 to 22 September 2024 inclusive. A big annual food festival in the beautiful town of Abergavenny. A spectacular 45 minute drive from Hay on Wye. Hay Festival Winter Weekend
28 November - 1 December 2024. Hay Festival runs a mini-festival at the end of November, with authors, speakers and often some comedy & music. There are additional events for children and young adults. The Christmas lights are normally switched on this weekend by a celebrity and there is carol singing, mulled wine & mince pies. Hay Winter Food Festival
